They have executed their business turn-around plan very successfully, turning it around from 27 consecutive months of $1M/month losses, to profitability in one year, well ahead of our two-year plan. I have also served as the board chair for Health Current, Arizona’s Health Information System, for the past 7 years and 11 years as a board member; it has become one of the most successful HIE’s in the nation”, he adds.
