Top 05 Most Innovative Female CEOs to watch in 2021

Editor’s Corner
The role of women in top management and business ownership has evolved. Women executives and entrepreneurs have become rock stars, especially in marketing, business and entrepreneurship. They are a vital part of business in the United States. Studies show that enterprises with a strong female leadership presence outperform their non-inclusive peers by nearly 3-percent. Diversified and inclusive enterprises include a minimum of three women on their executive boards to promote tangible change.
Women are expanding their roles in business and entrepreneurship. They’ve come a long way and will continue to make progress with equality in business and other fields. To promote this change, industry leaders must proactively work toward gender diversity and inclusion. This includes mentoring highly qualified women executive candidates and helping them develop career strategies that will excel their careers.

Drawing from these lines, we are celebrating “Top 05 Most Innovative Female CEOs to Watch in 2021” in our special edition. In this magazine, we are presenting successful and innovative female CEOs who believe in inspiring others and leading them to better heights. On the cover story of our edition, we have Jacqueline Hudson, the CEO and the Founder of LUXE Digital Now, who knows exactly how to steer the wheel. She is not just a ‘brand asset and communication executive,’ but an expert in ‘designing and implementing communication campaigns using channel success metrics.’

Moreover, her knowledge spans across multiple fields like cosmetics, luxury, technology, beauty, fashion, and real estate. In fact, she has enviable expertise in skills like editorial writing, copywriting, creative content management, brand marketing, and project management. Her PgD degree in digital marketing gave her a base for what she is doing now. Whereas, her zeal to learn more and explore uncharted terrains fueled the desire to stand out, and LUXE Digital Now can corroborate that.

Apart from the cover story, we have Aimée Madden, CEO, CliniShift; Susanne Skov Diemer, CEO & Founder, Praesidio Group; Sophie Devonshire, Chief Executive Officer, The Caffeine Partnership and Nancy Howell Agee, CEO, Carilion Clinic.

Without further ado, let’s begin already. Happy reading!
