“Entrepreneur” as appealing as the word sounds, the journey may not be a cake walk. An entrepreneur starts and executes a plan solely and strives hard to achieve success. Today, we have successful men and women who have made a mark in the industry as promising businesspeople of this competing generation. Entrepreneurship has been specified as the ability to make decisions regarding the establishment, operation, and development of any business, and implementing the decisions. The entrepreneur having qualities of immense imaginations, maturity, optimism, foresightedness, ability to bear risks, efficiency, self-confidence, leadership ability, dynamic thinking, hard work, honesty, etc. is sure to achieve success. Persistence is simply a refusal to give up for something, or ability to keep your actions against your personal feelings that you’re not ready for these actions. Feelings and motivation didn’t produce results.

Team Player:

Nobody can achieve anything alone so, this is also true for you as an entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur, you must be a team player for your own and your business success. The personal factors of an individual also influence his spirit of becoming an entrepreneur or not.

Resources:

An entrepreneurial journey starts with an investment. Be it, time, money or skills, you have to invest all that it takes. Various government policies like the Economic policy, Taxation Policy, Import Export Policy, and Licensing Policy etc. affect the development of entrepreneurship or entrepreneurial. Sometimes experience is in a category not so required as a factor, but it is something that will increase your business potential energy. As an entrepreneur, you must employ all present and previous experience you have in the business that you are building.

Willpower:

A will to succeed, a will to be an over-achiever, a will to be strong amidst failures is a strong quality of a successful entrepreneur. Being a risk taker and the ability to gauge the circumstances of risks, adds up to the attributes of an entrepreneur. Honesty is vital in every case. But sometimes honesty, being real, can be the most significant enemy of an entrepreneur in some complex conditions.

Experience:

Experience indeed is the best teacher and when you learn practical lessons from the book of life you are skilled to lead the show. Sometimes experience is in a category not so required as a factor, but it is something that will increase your business potential energy. As an entrepreneur, you must employ all present and previous experience you have in the business that you are building. Your expertise add value to the business that will stimulate the growth of your business. Experience is a distinctive factor because you are the only businessperson out there with your experience.
